Meal 1 breakfast - 1 slice ezekial bread. frittata with eggs, cheese and ham, 1/2 banana
Meal 2 am snack - apple and cashews
Meal 3 lunch - brown rice, chicken, pico de gallo, lettuce, cheese
Meal 4 afternoon snack - cottage cheese and banana
Meal 5 dinner - homemade chicken wings - baked with olive oil and herb seasoning, brown rice, spinach and tomatoes
Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed
Tuesday- Feb 26
Meal 1 breakfast - steak, egg and cheese on a whole grain bread
Meal 2 am snack
Meal 3 lunch - turkey, avacado and bacon on sourdough bread, chicken and wild rice soup. (early lunch at AM snack time)
Meal 4 afternoon snack - sick to my stomach. found out my boss got fired this afternoon. couldn't stomach eating anything
Meal 5 dinner - turkey, peas and mashed potatoes
Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed

Meal 1 breakfast - oatmeal with a scoop of peanut butter and banana
Meal 2 am snack - cashews and apple
Meal 3 lunch - salmon caesar salad, no croutons
Meal 4 afternoon snack - carrots and hummus
Meal 5 dinner - pork roast, ezekial bread, peas
Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed
Thursday- Feb 28
Meal 1 breakfast - eggs and ham, ezekial bread
Meal 2 am snack - apple and walnuts
Meal 3 lunch - salad with hand-boiled egg, chicken, tofu, peas, artichokes and dried cranberries
Meal 4 afternoon snack - carrots and hummus
Meal 5 dinner - white fish, broccoli, 2 little white potatoes with nonfat plain greek yogurt on top
Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed
Fri- March 1
Meal 1 breakfast - scrambled eggs, bacon and roasted potatoes
Meal 2 am snack - apple and walnuts
Meal 3 lunch -
Meal 4 afternoon snack - carrots and almond butter
Meal 5 dinner - smoked fish, salad with shrimp, asparagus, red pepper. 1 slice ezekial bread
Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed

Meal 1 breakfast - oatmeal with 1 scoop peanut butter and banana
Meal 2 am snack
Meal 3 lunch - 2 bratwurst, red cabbage and a scoop of potato salad
Meal 4 afternoon snack
Meal 5 dinner - homemade meatball soup with white beans, 1 slice ezekial bread
Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed
Sun March 3
Meal 1 breakfast - 2 eggs, 3 breakfast sausage, 1 slice ezekial bread, 1/2 cup blackberries
Meal 2 am snack - grapes and 6 wheat crackers
Meal 3 lunch - cottage cheese, ezekial bread, banana
Meal 4 afternoon snack - baby carrots and hummus
Meal 5 dinner - pork chop, sweet potato and spinach salad with carrots, celery and oil and vinegar
