Monday 3/25/13
B: scrambled eggs, bacon, brown rice
S:
L: half of rueben sandwich, cole slaw
S: smoothie with spinach, blueberries, blackberries, banana and almonds
D: salad with tomato, avacado, green onions, ham, homemade salad dressing


Tuesday 3/26/13
B: i logged all of this on weds, but it didnt save. i dont remember what i ate!

B: scrambed eggs and bacon

L: chicken cobb salad with homemade dressing, cup of chicken noodle soup
S: coffee and chocolate chip cookie
D: chicken thighs, broccoli, cauliflower and sweet potato

Thursday 3/28/13
B: scrambed eggs, ham and brown rice
S: almonds and banana
L: chicken meatballs with marinara sauce
S: carrots and hummus
D: salad with celery, red pepper, shredded cheese and shrimp. homemade salad dressing.
S: cup of yogurt

Friday 3/29/13
B: scrambled eggs and knackwaurst. 1/4 cup brown rice
