Tuesday, Mar 5: Today's Bombshell Intermediate Workout (steady state cardio = warm-up + 30 minutes on the treadmill at 4 mph)
Wednesday, Mar 6: Today's Bombshell Intermediate Workout (weights) - Did everything but the jump squats - I have a super weak bladder (after 5 babies) so these are hard for me to do withouth peeing my pants
Thursday, Mar 7: Today's Bombshell Intermediate Workout (moderate cardio = 30 minutes on treadmill at 4-4.5 mph with an incline of between 2-3)
Friday, Mar 8: Today's Bombshell Intermediate Workout (weights - total body)
*When I started this program I was using 2 lbs dumbells. Eventually I moved up to 5lbs, then 8lbs, then 10 lbs, and today 12 lbs. - YEAH!!*
Saturday, Mar 9: Today's Bombshell Intermediate Workout (moderate cardio = 30 minutes on the treadmill at 4-4.5 mph - kept the incline between 1-4)
Sunday, Mar 10: Rest Day
