Monday March 4th

Meal 1 breakfast
1/2 c. GF Oats, 2 T. raisins, 1/2 cup 1% milk & 1/2 c. water

Meal 2 am snack
baby carrots & string cheese

Meal 3 lunch
Homemade Vegetable Beef Soup - carrots, onion, peas, potatoes, beef, broth, tomato juice, corn

Meal 4 afternoon snack
1/2 c. LF cottage cheese & 2 clementines

Meal 5 dinner
Leftover Beef Fajitas with peppers & onions, brown rice mixed with homemade salsa

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed





Tuesday March 5th


Meal 1 breakfast
1 egg, 2 egg whites topped with homemade salsa

Meal 2 am snack
None (move snacks around due to late evening)

Meal 3 lunch
Leftover Beef Fajita with onions and mixed peppers
1/2 c. pear-sauce

Meal 4 afternoon snack
None - - something happened at school - - ugh

Meal 5 dinner
Large salad w/clean greek yogurt
I did bad here - - All Clean but ate WAY TOO much - - my husband made comfort foods.
Beef & GF noodles & mashed potatoes

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed




Wed March 6th

Meal 1 breakfast
LATE BREAKFAST due to NO School Smile
2 eggs & 2 whites topped with homemade salsa; fresh pear

Meal 2 am snack
None

Meal 3 lunch
Quinoa made with homemade salsa and black beans

Meal 4 afternoon snack
15 almonds and 1 clementine

Meal 5 dinner (ended up going into school for about 5 hours - - got home later than I expected)
Homemade, canned beef vegetable soup

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed



Thursday March 7th


Meal 1 breakfast
1/2 c. GF Oatmeal, 2 T. raisins, 1/2 c. 1% organic milk, 1/2 c. water

Meal 2 am snack
None

Meal 3 lunch
Spicy Chicken Soup

Meal 4 afternoon snack
carrots & 15 almonds

Meal 5 dinner
Shredded beef fajita salad - romaine lettuce, 3 oz. roast beef, quinoa w/salsa & black beans, few crunched blue organic tortilla chips, sprinkle cheese, 2 T. natural sour cream

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed






Friday March 8th


Meal 1 breakfast
GF Oatmeal, 2 T. raisins, 1/2 c. 1% organic milk, 1/2 c. water

Meal 2 am snack
None

Meal 3 lunch
Quinoa, black beans & salsa and a clementine

Meal 4 afternoon snack
Raw cauliflower, raisins, co-jack cheese

Meal 5 dinner
Salmon, Broccoli & Cauliflower, Applesauce

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed - -
Here's where I goofed. My daughter used a new recipe to make chocolate chip cookies. Broke off a tiny piece to try it which led to a full cookie, which led to few cookies. UGH!!!

Saturday March 9th - TODAY WAS BAD IN REGARDS TO EATING! Working on my daughter's 16th Birthday Cake for her surprise party tomorrow

None

Meal 2 am snack
3 oz. baked chicken breast

Meal 3 lunch
2 eggs, 2 egg whites with chopped spinach and salsa

Meal 4 afternoon snack
15 almonds

Meal 5 dinner
Pork chop, broccoli & cauliflower, quinoa - plus 3 french fries

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed




Sunday March 10th


Meal 1 breakfast

Meal 2 am snack

Meal 3 lunch

Meal 4 afternoon snack

Meal 5 dinner

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed
