I really struggled mentally tonight with the workout - - Wednesday's are always hard for some reason.
I had to "chunk" the workout differently so to get through it. Figured it was better than not doing anything.

Circuit 1 - 4 rounds - pauses between each exercise
Circuit 2 - 3 rounds
Circuit 3 - (Jump Squats) 2 rounds
Circuit 4 - (Reverse Lunges) 2 rounds
Circuit 3 - (Jump Squats) 1 round
Circuit 4 - (Reverse Lunges) 1 round
Circuit 5 - (Plank Row) 1 round - 3# weight
Circuit 3 - (Jump Squats) 1 round
Circuit 5 - (Plank Row) 1 round - 4# weight
Circuit 4 - (Reverse Lunges) 1 round
Circuit 5 - (Plank Row) 1 round - 5# weight
Circuit 6 - (Chest Press & Chest Flies) 5# weight- 1 round
Circuit 5 - (Plank Row) 1 round - 5# weight
Circuit 6 - (Chest Press & Chest Flies) 5# weight- 1 round
Circuit 7 - (Plank) 30 seconds
Circuit 6 - (Chest Press & Chest Flies) 5# weight- 1 round
Circuit 7 - (Plank) 30 seconds
Circuit 6 - (Chest Press & Chest Flies) 5# weight- 1 round
Circuit 8 - (Modified Side Planks) - 30 seconds each side

3 EMS & 3 Police Cars at my neighbors - - cutting the workout short

Thursday, March 21
13 hour day - exhausted - None

Friday, March 22
Another day of no exercise - - getting back on tomorrow

Saturday, March 23
Kidney Stone Pain again - ARGH
30 Minute Walk - Leslie Sansone

Sunday, March 24 - Palm Sunday
