Monday 2/18/13
B: kashi go lean crunch, almond milk, blueberries, hot tea
S: 25 almonds & a small apple
L: 2 c. clean soup: ground turkey, tomatoes, white beans, fresh spinach in chicken broth
S: greek yogurt w/blueberries
D: chicken breast with mushrooms, asparagus & zucchini in a tomato sauce over 1 c. Whole wheat spaghetti

Tuesday 2/19/13
B: whole wheat sandwich thin w/2 egg whites & slice tomoato, hot tea w/ truvia
S: 25 almonds & small apple
L: 2 c. Clean turkey bean soup (same as yesterday)
S:Pomegranate Greek yogurt
D: turkey burger on whole wheat sandwich thin, mustard & pickles; sweet pot fries

Wednesday 2/20/13
B: kashi go lean crunch, almond milk & banana
S: 25 almonds & a small apple
L: turkey burger on whole wheat sandwich thin with mustard tomato & pickle; carrots
S: Greek yogurt & cherries
D: brown rice Boston Roll ( tuna & avocado)

Thursday 2/21/13
B: 2egg whites, tomato & sprinkle mozz cheese on a whole wheat sandwich thin & tea
S:25 almonds & small apple
L: whole wheat sandwich thin w/ pbutter and carrots
S: greek yogurt w/blueberries
D: shrimp over brown rice & broccoli

Friday 2/22/13S
B: 2egg whites, tomato & sprinkle mozz cheese on a whole wheat sandwich thin & tea
S: 25 almonds & an apple
L: natural pb & organic raspberry jam on a whole wheat sandwich thin with carrots
S: greek yogurt w/cherries
D: organic veggie pizza

Saturday 2/23/13
B: kashi cinnamon crunch, almond milk, tea & grapes
S: string cheese
L: natural pb and raspberry jam on whole wheat sandwich thin
S: string cheese & almonds
D: maple glazed salmon w/quinoa & zucchini

Sunday 2/24/13
B: kashi cinnamon with almond milk & pineapple

I am so proud of you for losing 3.6 lbs this week!!!! You have lost 10.6 Total! You go girl!
