Rice cake with peanut butter and banana
Meal 3 lunch grilled chicken with spinach and apple

String cheese and almonds
Meal 5 dinner
Same as lunch

Wed March 6th

Turkey breast w carrots and sweet potato

Meal 2 am snack
String cheese almonds
Meal 3 lunch
Tomato soup( tomatoes, onions,peppers, sweet potatoes and carrots)
Meal 4 afternoon snack
Banana and peanut butter
Meal 5 dinner
Tomato soup on a bake potatoe
Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed
Friday March 8th

Orange and peanut butter on a spoon

Meal 4 afternoon snack berries and yogurt

Stir fry chicken
Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed
Sunday March 10th
Meal 1 breakfast go lean cereal and milk
Meal 2 am snack
Tomatoes soup
Meal 3 lunch chicken with brown rice and soy sauce
Meal 4 afternoon snack
Rice cake with peanut butter and banana
Meal 5 dinner
Same as lunch plus I have two Ginny bake chocolate chip cookies
