Sunday 2/10/13
B: 2 boiled eggs and Ezekiel bread and a tangerine
S: banana w peanut butter
L: grilled chicken with a side salad with clean dressing small potato
S: string cheese almonds
D: clean pizza

Monday 2/11/13
B: go lean cereal w milk and strawberries
S: raspberries and almonds
L: turkey burger with whole wheat bread and a tangerine with green beans
S: apple and peanut butter
D: same as lunch minus the fruit

Tuesday 2/12/13
B: go lean cereal,milk and strawberries
S: almonds with string cheese
L: grilled chicken, spinach and a banana
S: Greek yogurt
D: small steak with half a potatoe and carrots

Wednesday 2/13/13
B: baked eggs with cheese and spinach and a orange
S: Greek yogurt with strawberries
L: grilled chicken, orange and green beans
S: boiled eggs (2)
D: spaghetti and spinach

Thursday 2/14/13
B:go lean cereal, milk and strawberries
S: almonds, string cheese
L: sliced deli meat (turkey) cheese and carrots
S: boiled eggs
D: small salad, clean dressing and grilled chicken

Friday 2/15/13
B: baked eggs with cheese and spinach
S: Greek yogurt with strawberries
L:grilled chicken orange brown rice
S: almonds string cheese
D: grilled chicken spinach sweet potatoe

Saturday 2/16/13
B: boiled eggs strawberries
S: string cheese apple
L: salad grilled chicken
S:apple peanut butter
D: steak and sweet potatoe with carrots
