Monday March 4th

Meal 1 breakfast
Go lean cereal milk and strawberries
Meal 2 am snack
Ww tortilla w peanut butter and a banana
Meal 3 lunch grilled chicken
(Was planing on eatting half a sweet potato with this but I was at a parade and it was hectic. I was lucky to eat anything)
Meal 4 afternoon snack
1/2 sweet potato with cinnamon and honey
Meal 5 dinner

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed





Tuesday March 5th


Meal 1 breakfast egg whites on English muffin with salsa

Meal 2 am snack
Rice cake with peanut butter and banana
Meal 3 lunch grilled chicken with spinach and apple

Meal 4 afternoon snack
String cheese and almonds
Meal 5 dinner
Same as lunch
Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed




Wed March 6th

Meal 1 breakfast go lean cereal with milk and strawberries

Meal 2 am snack
Plain stove popped popcorn and orange
Meal 3 lunch
Grilled chicken with onions and peppers
Meal 4 afternoon snack Greek yogurt w berries

Meal 5 dinner
Turkey breast w carrots and sweet potato
Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed



Thursday March 7th


Meal 1 breakfast boiled eggs with Ezekiel toast and orange

Meal 2 am snack
String cheese almonds
Meal 3 lunch
Tomato soup( tomatoes, onions,peppers, sweet potatoes and carrots)
Meal 4 afternoon snack
Banana and peanut butter
Meal 5 dinner
Tomato soup on a bake potatoe
Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed






Friday March 8th


Meal 1 breakfast
Go lean cereal milk strawberries
Meal 2 am snack
Greek yogurt w berries
Meal 3 lunch
Grilled chicken and sweet potato
Meal 4 afternoon snack
Ezekiel bread and grapes
Meal 5 dinner
Same as lunch
Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed



Saturday March 9th

Meal 1 breakfast
Boiled eggs with salsa
Meal 2 am snack
Orange and peanut butter on a spoon
Meal 3 lunch
Tomato soup
Meal 4 afternoon snack berries and yogurt

Meal 5 dinner
Stir fry chicken
Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed




Sunday March 10th


Meal 1 breakfast go lean cereal and milk

Meal 2 am snack
Tomatoes soup
Meal 3 lunch chicken with brown rice and soy sauce

Meal 4 afternoon snack
Rice cake with peanut butter and banana
Meal 5 dinner
Same as lunch plus I have two Ginny bake chocolate chip cookies
Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed
