| Monday, Feb. 25th breakfast - 2 eggs, 1 WW eng muffin with natural PB snack - apple with natura PB lunch - salmon, 1/4 of a sweet potato, salad with clean dressing, broccoli with parmesan snack - trail mix (not all clean) dinner - tuna patty (canned tuna, panko breadcrumbs, egg)pan fried in small amt olive oil, green beans & carrots snack - chocolate Jay Robb protein shake after my workout workout - tranformation workout from feb 20th
Tuesday, Feb. 26th breakfast - 2 eggs, banana, WW eng muffin with natual PB snack - sunflower seeds, apple lunch - tuna patty (canned tuna, egg, panko bread crumbs), sweet potato, green beans snack - carrot sticks dinner - chicken & veggie stir-fry with rice noodles snack - none Workout - none
Wednesday, Feb. 27th breakfast - 2 eggs, spinach, WW eng muffin with PB snack - raisins, sunflower seeds lunch - chicken & veggie stirfry with rice noodles snack - 6 thin mint Girl Scout cookies dinner - chicken & cheddar in WW tortilla, salad snack - none workout - 23 minutes on the treadmill, 3 sets of 20 crunches/20 bicycle crunches/plank
Thursday, Feb. 28th breakfast - egg whites with spinach in WW tortilla, banana, bacon snack - apple with natural PB lunch - chicken & cheddar in WW wrap, salad snack - 6 thin mint Girl Scout cookies, 1 small dove chocolate (thankfully the damn cookies are gone now!) dinner - chicken & mozzarella pizza on WW flatout bread, tomato sauce with seasoning snack - none workout - none non-scale victory - was running errands around lunchtime and despite the little devil sitting on my shoulder trying to convince me to go thru a drive-thru, I listened to the angel on my other shoulder and went back to the office to eat my clean lunch. It was VERY hard..I nearly caved.
Friday, March 1st breakfast - banana & natural PB in WW tortilla, 2 eggs snack - apple with natural PB lunch - chicken pad thai (1/2 serving), broth soup with vegetables, small egg rolls (this was a working lunch) snack - not hungry from lunch dinner - pork loin with gravy, carrots, celery, 1/2 white potato snack - none
Saturday, March 2nd - eventful day (son's birthday party, school carnival, then dinner with friends) breakfast - banana & natural PB with WW tortilla, scrambled eggs snack - birthday cake (my son's birthday party) lunch - corn dog, potato chips, pepsi (at school carnival where there was no healthy food) snack - none dinner - vegetable beef soup, cheddar biscuit, pepsi
Sunday, March 3rd breakfast -banana & natural PB with WW tortilla snack - birthday cake lunch - vegetable beef soup, pepsi snack - popcorn dinner - vegetable beef soup, cheddar biscuit

| Monday- awesome!
Tuesday- afternoon snack... Make sure you add a protein to those carrot sticks
WEd- those thin mints are deadly. LOL I love them too!
