L: clean chicken salad on whole wheat english muffin and a orange
S: 2 boiled eggs and 3 wheat crackers (serving size was 2)
D: 1 cup of brocilli, 1/3 of sweet potato & 4 oz of deer steak
Tuesday 2/12/13
B: 1/2 c of oatmeal with 1/2 apple and 1 tbsp of natural PB
S: 1 tsp spoon of natural PB and 1 apple
L: turkey sandwich with lots of veggies
S: 6 oz of greek non fat yogurt with 5 stawberries
D: 5 oz grilled chicken, 1/3 sweet potato & 1 cup of green beans
Wednesday 2/13/13
B:a banana & 1/4 cup of oatmeal
S: carrot cake protein bars
L: turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with lite mayo and lettuce
S: turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with disjoin mustard, lettuce, tomato
D: glass of white wine & grilled chicken mixed with noddles mixed with garlic and olive oil about half a bow...proud didn't have any bread!!!!!!! At restaurant

Friday 2/15/13

L: 3/4 burger with Swiss cheese and onions in lettuce wrap
With chips and guac (just finished biking 12 miles and was starving so did no bun)

D: 1 cup of steamed mixed veggies and 5oz of New York strip steak

B: oatmeal with 1tbsp of brown sugar and banana with milk
