WEEK 7 MEAL LOG
Monday March 4B:
10am 1.5 scoop protein powder/1 tbsp. PB/1/4 Milk, 1tsp bee pollen, 1/2 banana, ice, 2 BCAA CAPS.
Breakfast after my workout. S:
12:30 pm 1/2 apple,1 slice bread, 1 TBSP Peanut butter, 2 multivitamins caps. water
L:
3:10 am 4.3 oz of tilapia, 3/4 pinto beans, 3/4 mushroom , water.
S:
5:40 pm 1 1/2 celery stick, string cheese. water
D:
8:10am 2.3 oz of tuna, 1 tbsp. mayo, radishes, water.
Tuesday March 5B:
9:30 am protein smoothie: 1 serving of protein powder, 1/2 cup frozen fruit, 1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed, 1 tsp bee pollen, 1/4 greek yogurt plain, 2 Tbsp quinoa. water
S:
11:45AM 3 oz tuna with 1 cup of spinach,water
L:
3:10pm 4oz shrimp sautéed with cilantro, onion, garlic, olive oil, 1/2 cucumber with radishes, 1/2 cup quinoa. Green tea.
S:
5:40pm protein shake, 1/2 banana,2 BCAA CAPS.
D:
8:10pm 1 slice bread, 1/2 banana, 1 1/2 TBSP peanut butter.
Wednesday March 6B: Protein shake: 1 1/2 scoop of protein powder, water, 1 TBSP Ground Flaxseed, banana. 2 BCAA CAPS and 1 piece of bread.
S: Apple, string cheese. water.
L:3.3 OZ Ground Turkey with onion and tomato paste, 1/2 cucumber,1/4 small red potato. 1/4 avocado. Green tea
S:i was to full for a snack!!
D:handful of walnuts, 1/2 apple, missed the starchy serving , I went bed early!!!
Thursday March 7 B: 2 oz pork sausage, 1 slice of bread, 1 cup of frozen fruit. water.
S: 2 oz. ground turkey, 1/2 cucumber.
L:3.5 oz. chicken with chipotle sauce ( made 1 TBSP greek yogurt and mix with 1 tsp chipotle sauce. , tortilla and onion soup the recipe had only tomato paste, pepper and garlic powder. 1 apple. Water.
S:protein shake with 1 banana.
D:none!!
Friday March 8B: English muffin with 2oz. pork sausage, sweet potatoe. green tea.
S: almonds and radishes.
L: chicken, beans, onion, tortilla
S: protein powder shake with 1/2 frozen fruit
D: 1 slice bread, 1 TBSP peanut butter and a celery stick
Saturday March 9 B natural juice 100% from the juicer. carrot, parsley,apple,beet,pineapple,kale, with 3 oz. chicken breast.( I went to whole foods I had to bought breakfast.)
S:3 egg whites, brown rice
L:3 oz. chicken breast, 1 Ezekiel tortilla, 1 tbsp. Greek yogurt. 2 tbsp. pinto beans, 1 cup of cauliflower, mint tea.
S:protein shake , 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed, sweet potato
D:tuna, cauliflower, slice of bread. water.
