S: 1 cup of yogurt (1 tsp of cocoa powder, stevia, and 2 tbsp of love crunch granola)
L: 2 cups of mixed green with 3.5 oz of tuna, 6 cherry tomaotes, 1/2 cucumber, 1 slice of onion, 1/4 cup of raw sunflower......3 wheat crackers
S: string cheese and larabar
D: 1 cup of brocelli & 1 chicken quesdillas
Tuesday March 5th
B: 4 egg whites mixed 1 sliced spinach and 3 pieces of sliced mushrooms with 8 oz of non fat milk and raisin cinnanmon bread
S: 1 banana with 1 tbsp pb
L: 1 chicken quesdilla with 20 grapes
S: 1 larabar & orange
D: 4 oz grilled deer sausage, 1 cup of carrot, brocelli, squash & 1 small sweet potato
Wed March 6th
B: 1/2 cup of kashi go lean crunch with 1/4 non fat milk & 1 banana with 1 slice of ezekial raisin cinnamon bread
S 1 banana with 12 almonds
L: 4.2 oz of deer sausage with 3 sliced strawberries and 1 cup of long grain rice
S: 1/2 cup of non fat plain greek yogurt with handful of blueberries with 2 tbsp of bear naked granola
D: turkey sandwich on 2 slices of toast 100% wheat bread ( spinanch leaves, 1 slice of tomotoe, 2% cheddar cheese, 1tsp of mustard) with 8 baby carrots
Thurs March 7th
B: 1/2 cup of steel cut oats with 3 strawberries & handful of blueberries with 1 slice of ezekial cinnamon raisin bread
S: 1/2 cup of non fat plain greek yogurt with handful of blueberries with 2 tbsp of bear naked granola
L: turkey sandwich on wheat bread (slice of tomatoe, slice of 2% cheddar, lettuce) with 20 grapes
S: 2 boiled eggs with 3 wheat crackers
D: turkey burger on english muffin (slice of tomotoe, slice of lettuce) 10 baby carrots
Fri March 8th
B: 2 scrambled egg on whole wheat muffin with 2 small tangerines
S: 1/2 cup of non fat plain greek yogurt with 1/2 peach with 2 tbsp of bear naked granola
L: 4 oz of tuna mixed with 1 boiled egg and mustrard with 2 wasa crackers and orange
S: string cheese and orange
D: 1 slice of clean veggie pizza
Saturday
B: 4 clean french toast stickers with sugar free maple syrup and 3 strawberries
S: string cheese and tangeries (2 small)
L: turkey burger on whole wheat english muffin and serving of sweet potatoe fries
S: non fat strawberry frozen yogurt with 1 sliced strawberry, granola, and walnuts
D: 3.9 oz of steak, 1 cup of brown rice & 1 cup of veggies (mixed)
sunday
B: 1/2 cup of steel cut oats with sliced strawberries and blueberries with 1 tbsp of wheat germ & flaxseed
S: string cheese and tangeries
L: 4oz turkey & tangeries
S: non fat vanilla yogurt & stawberries and granola
D: serving of clean spicy meat loaf with 1 cup of green beans and half sweet potatoe
