B: 1 banana spice protein muffin & 1 banana
S: cinammon protein bread & 2 tangerines
L: 1 cup of corn & 1 serving of clean meat loaf with 1 slice of 100% wheat toast
S: handful of walnuts & 1 pear
D: 4 oz of fish with half sweet potatoe & 1 cup of mixed veggies

B: 4 egg whites scrambled with spinach & mushrooms & 1 slice of cinnamon raisin
S: cinnamon bread with grapefruit
L: 2 fish tacos on ezekial corn toritalls (tomotoe & onion & spinach) with baby carrots
S: 2 hard boil eggs with a slice of ezekial toast
D: 2 fish tacos on ezekial corn torillas (tom & onion & spinach) with 1 cup of mixed veggies

B: 1 cup of kashi go lean and 1/2 cup of non fat milk with 2 strawberries
S: string cheese & banana
L: 6" sub from subway (whole wheat bread, loaded with veggies, turkey & olive oil)
S: 2 boiled eggs & ezekial toast
D: 4 oz of grilled chicken breast, small sweet potatoe, and 1 cup of green beans

B: 1 whole ezekial wrap with 2 scrambled eggs & 2 pieces of turkey bacon
S: grapefruit & string cheese
L: 4 oz of chicken breast & 1 cup of veggies
S: grapefruit & 2 boiled eggs
D: 1 slice of turkey sausage & veggie pizza

B: kashi go lean cereal & almond milk
S: grapefruit & string cheese
L: tuna with mustrad on whole wheat bread & orange
S: ice cream (i know bad) (got in a bowl instead of a cone)
D: steamed brocelli & salmon

B: oatmeal with blackberries & strawberries & flaxseed
S: grapefruit & lara bar
L: 6" sub from subway (whole wheat bread, loaded with veggies, turkey & olive oil)
S: lara bar & banana
D: pork loin with grilled aspargus and side salad (it was a friends house and they had a virgeritte dressing) (had glass of wine)

B: Granola & banana
S: grapefruit & mixed nuts
L: string cheese & turkey sandwich on 2 pieces of whole wheat
S: boiled eggs & crackers
D: made like a patty melt (grounded deer meat (6oz) grilled into a patty and topped with a little mozzella cheese and topped with grilled onions and eat on 2 pieces of 100* whole wheat toast with 1 cup of veggies
