Monday March 4th

Meal 1 breakfast - homemade pancakes, with oat flour and 1/4c. maple syrup, banana

Meal 2 am snack - none, my kids let me sleep in, so I didnt get up until later

Meal 3 lunch - Turkey on whole wheat bread with lettuce, orange

Meal 4 afternoon snack, string cheese, pear

Meal 5 dinner - hamburger on whole wheat bun, brown rice.
*We bought 1/2 a cow and we are trying to use it up. After that is gone, then I will be using the ground turkey, but for right now, im using ground beef.

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed





Tuesday March 5th


Meal 1 breakfast - pb on whole wheat english muffin, pear

Meal 2 am snack - orange, 1 piece of string cheese

Meal 3 lunch - Grilled Cheese, whole wheat bread, 3 slices of cheddar cheese, small salad with cucumbers, egg.

Meal 4 afternoon snack - Handfull of nuts, 2 girl scout cookies

Meal 5 dinner - Sirloin steak, 1 c. Bean sprouts, brown rice

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed




Wed March 6th

Meal 1 breakfast - Orange, whole wheat english muffin with pb

Meal 2 am snack - orange, string cheese

Meal 3 lunch, Turkey sub on wheat, lettuce, little bit of light mayo (sorry, I know, bad choice)

Meal 4 afternoon snack - 2 handfulls of chicken in a biscut crackers

Meal 5 dinner - Taco Bake that we had at my brother's house.

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed

Wednesday was an awful day Sad I know I made a lot of bad choices.



Thursday March 7th


Meal 1 breakfast - whole wheat english muffin, with pb, orange

Meal 2 am snack - orange, string cheese

Meal 3 lunch - Salad with Chicken, pinch of cheese

Meal 4 afternoon snack - handfull of nuts

Meal 5 dinner - 4oz Roast, Mixed Veggies, sweet potato

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed




Friday March 8th


Meal 1 breakfast - English Muffin with pb, orange

Meal 2 am snack - orange, string cheese

Meal 3 lunch - Turkey on wheat bread, banana

Meal 4 afternoon snack - none

Meal 5 dinner - Hamburger with a few fries from Culvers

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed


Sat March 9

Meal 1 breakfast - homemade pancakes with oat flour, 1/4 c. maple syrup

Meal 2 am snack - string cheese, banana

Meal 3 lunch - none, I know this is bad, but I wasnt feeling well

Meal 4 afternoon snack - none

Meal 5 dinner - 1 Chicken fajitas, on whole wheat toritlla shells

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed





Sun March 10th

Meal 1 breakfast - english muffin with pb

Meal 2 am snack - orange, handfull of crackers

Meal 3 lunch - none

Meal 4 afternoon snack - none

Meal 5 dinner - 2 pieces pizza, not clean

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed

Monday- Dinner.. Try not to double up on carbs. If you ate the hamburger bun, you didn't need the brown rice. Smile Also Try to squeeze in more veggies
