Monday - Feb 18th 2013

Breakfast Meal 1 - 2 Whole wheat homemade pancakes, with less than 1/4 syrup
AM Snack Meal 2 - Banana, almonds
Lunch - Go Lean Cereal, 1/4 c. Milk
Afternoon Snack - None
Dinner - 4oz steak, huge pile of green beans, 1/4 c. mashed potatoes.
Optional Late Night Snack -


Tuesday - Feb 19th 2013

Breakfast Meal 1 - 1 piece cinnamon rasin ezekiel bread, with almond butter, banana
AM Snack Meal 2 - orange, 1 piece string cheese
Lunch - Turkey sandwich, lettuce, on whole wheat bread
Afternoon Snack - None
Dinner - 2 Tacos from Taco Bell (We had been at the hospital all night with my grandma, shes not doing good. We just stopped on on our way home)
Optional Late Night Snack -


Wednesday - Feb 20th 2013

Breakfast Meal 1 - Whole What english Muffin with peanut butter
AM Snack Meal 2 -
Lunch -
Afternoon Snack -
Dinner -
Optional Late Night Snack -


Thursday - Feb 21st 2013

Breakfast Meal 1 -
AM Snack Meal 2 -
Lunch -
Afternoon Snack -
Dinner -

Try not to skip your snack. When you skip your afternoon snack.. You are more likely to over eat at dinner

If I did my weight chart correctly you lost 7.4 lbs!!!! That is beyond amazing! You have lost 11 total so far.
