Mon 2/25
B- whole wheat English muffin, with pb, orange
S- none - was at the funeral
L- hot turkey on 1/2 bun, cheesy potatoes
S- none, still doing funeral stuff
D- corn, grilled chicken, 1/4c mashed potatoes

Tues 2/26
B- 1 whole wheat English muffin with pb, 1 pear
S- orange, string cheese
L- clean pizza
S- 5 slices cheddar cheese
D- hamburger on whole wheat bun, 1/2 can green beans, 5 tater tots

Wed 2/27
B- green smoothie
S- string cheese, orange
L- subway sub, turkey, lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, onion, olive oil, oreagno.
S- handful of almonds
D- 2 soft tacos

Thu 2/28
B - Whole wheat english muffin with pb, banana
S - Apple, string cheese
L - Turkey on whole wheat bread, 1/2 can green beans
S - handful of mixed nuts
D - Chicken, Broccoli, Water chestnuts, snap peas mixed together. Brown Rice

Fri 3/01
B - Whole wheat english muffin with pb, apple
S - Orange, String Cheese
L - Hamburger and a few fries
S - none
D - Grilled Chicken, veggie mix of broccoli, water chestnuts, snap peas mixed together. Brown Rice

Sat 3/2
B - Orange
S - None
L - Turkey sub from Subway, Turkey on whole wheat, onion, lettuce, spinach, olive oil, oregano
S - None
D - Salad, Egg, Little Cheese, Cucumbers, with 1/4 c. unclean salad dressing. 4 small squares of pizza

Sun 3/3
B - 1 piece ezekiel cinnamon rasin bread with almond butter, pear
S - orange, string cheese
L - chicken, waterchestnuts, snap peas, carrots with some brown rice
S - handfull of mixed nuts
D - chicken breast, green beans. 1/2 sweet potato

**Heather, We have been spending a lot of time cleaning out our grandmas house. I know that I didnt make the best choices this week, but we had family helping us, and they just ran and got lunch or supper. I tried to make the best decisions i could under the circumstances. One day I totally forgot to pack my snacks. I wasnt prepared very well this week. The last 2 weeks have just been a mess for me Sad

Monday- I will let that day slide..

Tuesday- Snack- 5 slices of cheddar cheese is not a proper snack. You need to make sure you eat a protein + complex carb every meal
Dinner- Tator tots is not going to help you reach your goal weight.. Come on girl lets buckle down Smile

Wed- Snack- Make sure you add a protein to that snack. Maybe like a handful of nuts next time ?
Afternoon Snack- You need to add a complex carb to that protein
Dinner- Were the tacos clean?
