L: Steak fries with homemade guacomale
S: Apples and cheese
D: Grilled pork chops, salad and veggies.

L: Grilled Cheese sandwich and salad
S: a few almonds
D: Tostadas (whole wheat tortilla, ground turkey, lettuce, tomatos, a few slices of avocado and salsa)
