S: Popcorn and water
L: 1 Fish Taco from Rubios
S: None
D: Chicken Asada, broccoli and cauliflower and salad

Monday 2/11/13
B: protein shake with pineapple, mango, a Tbsp of greek yogurt, veggie juice and protein powder
S: Cheese Stick
L: salad with tomatos and peppers
S:None
D: Pizza with tomato sauce and cheese

Tuesday 2/12/13
B: protein shake with assorted fruit, 2 Tbsp of greek yogurt, veggie juice and protein powder
S: Cheese Stick
L: Peanut Butter on a whole wheat tortilla with banana
S: carrots
D: Tostada

Wednesday 2/13/13
B: McDonalds sausage mcmuffin (poor planning and rushed morning Sad)
S: Orange and almonds
L:Peanut Butter on a whole wheat tortilla with banana
S: Carrots
D: Tostada (ground beef, whole wheat tortilla, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and beans. Salsa and a tiny bit of sour cream as dressing.)

Thursday 2/14/13
B: Oatmeal with apples, blueberries
S: Carrots
L: Beef and Brocolli and 1/4 cup rice.
S: None
D: Grilled Cheese (whole wheat bread and cheddar cheese)

Friday 2/15/13
B: protein shake with chocolate protein powder and skim milk (Think I should have added cocoa wasn't very good Sad)
S: Carrots and peanut butter
L: Small salad and grilled chicken
S: None
D: Pizza (from Little Cesears) It was mommy/daughter night and it was late when we were getting home so settled for quick and easy :/

Saturday 2/16/13
B: Protein Bar
S: Popcorn (went to the movies with my daughter)
L: None
S: Ice cream cone
D: Kashi steamed chicken fettichine
