Monday 2/18/13
B: 4 egg white omelte with 4 oz of lean turkey and 1/2 cup of chopped red & green peppers with 1oz of morzella cheese
S: apple & string cheese
L: 1 slice of turkey pizza (leftover)
S: 2 boiled eggs with 4 wheat crackers
D: 4 oz of deer steak with 1/4 cup of grilled white onions and 1 cup of brocelli
Tuesday 2/19/13
B: 2 whole wheat waffles with 2 tbsp on almond butter, banana and 8 oz glass of 1% milk
S: 2 boiled eggs and 4 wheat crackers
L: turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with dijon mustrad, 1 lettuce leaf and tomoto with 8 baby carrots
S: 5 almonds, 1 apple, 20 grapes
D:4 oz broiled salmon: 1 c cooked and chilled fava beans, 1/8 minced red onion, 4 chopped mint leaves, 1 tsp olive oil, 2 c mixed greens, salt, and pepper to taste
Wednesday 2/20/13
B:Pomegranate Banana Smoothie: 1 sliced banana, 1 c pomegranate juice 3⁄4 c Greek yogurt, 3 Tbsp vanilla protein powder, 2 Tbsp almonds chopped & 3 ice cubes. Blend until smooth
S: 2 boiled eggs with 4 wheat crackers
L:open turkey sandwich with 1 slice of 100% wheat toast with onions and 1 cucumber
S: 1/2 greek yogurt with 5 strawberries
D:Citrus & Sweet Potato Toss: Combine 1 sweet potato, scrubbed , diced and baked, 1 c chopped & steamed spinach & 1 orange, peeled, segmented & chopped; 4 oz broiled chicken
Thursday 2/21/13
B: 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean with 1/2 cup of 1% milk
S: 1 pear and string cheese
L: Pecan Chicken Salad: 4oz cooked chicken breast, chopped, 4 torn romaine lettuce leaves, 10 halved grapes, 1 chopped celery stalks, 1 Tbsp chopped pecans, 2 Tbsp greek yogurt, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar & 1 tsp honey
S: 4 whole wheat crackers with 1 tbsp natural pb with 1tsp of organic honey divided with 4 oz of 1% milk
D:Flank Steak Salad: 2 c chopped romaine, 1/8 red onion, 1⁄4 avocado, 6 cherry tomatoes. 4 oz cooked chopped flank steak 1⁄2 tsp dijon mustard and 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Friday 2/22/13
B: 2 scrambled eggs on toasted english muffin
S: tangerie & 8 baby carrots
L: 4 oz tuna, 1⁄2 chopped celery stalk, 1/8 c chopped red onion, 1 Tbsp greek yogurt, 1/4 tsp dijon mustard and 1/8 chopped avocado on 4 wasa crackers
S:1 orange; 1 low fat string cheese
D: 6inch sub from subway (wheat bread, turkey breast, lettuce, onions, tomoates, pickles, japelenos, mustard & olive oil)
Saturday 2/23/13
B: slice of blueberry banana bread & banana
S: orange & handful of almonds
L: beef fajata taco (with lettuce & tomoates & japlenos)
S: banana
D: fish tacos on whole wheat tortilla with lime juice & 4 oz of wine

B: 2 scrambled eggs on whole wheat muffin with banana
S: orange and almonds
L: chicken salad on 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with 20 grapes
S: frozen yogurt (non fat) with granola and spoon full of kiwi & stawberries
D: clean turkey burgers on whole wheat muffin (tsp of dijion mustrad, spinach leaf, mozzeralla cheese slice, tomotoe) clean sweet potatoe fries & clean strawberry lemonade
