Monday, April 8th: Rest Day
Tuesday, April 9th: Today's Bombshell Intermediate Workout
(Had to modify a little - right knee just a little bothersome so I did not do the burpees - did do everything else - high knees, mountain climbers, and squats, etc...) I knew once I started that I was going to run short on time so I only did 3 sets of each circuit
Wednesday, April 10th: Cardio - Treadmill (Intervals)
Walked 5 minutes to warm up; then did 15 minutes of alternating sprints (30 seconds) with walking (30 seconds); walked 10 more minutes for a total of 30 minutes on the treadmill.
Thursday, April 11th: Today's Intermediate Bombshell Workout
Friday, April 12th: Rest Day
Wanted to work out so bad but I'm still pretty sore from yesterday's workout and I also feel like I'm getting a cold so decided it was best to rest
Saturday, April 13th: Today's Intermediate Bombshell Workout
Sunday: April 14th: Rest Day
