Monday:
Breakfast- Ezekiel with peanut butter, 3 egg whites with 1/2 egg with yolk onions & peppers, 1/2 C pineapple
Snack- 1 C yogurt, 1/2 C frozen berries, 1/2 C granola (homemade) - low sugars: fruit snack
Lunch- 12 baby carrots, 1 serving clean blueberry muffin,
Snack- 3 slices ezekiel with almond butter, banana
Dinner- 1 ezekiel with almond butter (um ya - addicted!) 4 oz carrieban chicken tih 1/2 C steamed carrots and 1/4 C quinoa
Tuesday:
Breakfast-heathers mango shake, 3 egg whites, 1/2 egg with yolk,
Snack- 1 C yogurt, with truvia, 1/2 C granola 1/2 C berries
Lunch- 1 Ezekiel tortilla, 1 egg white, 1/4 C cottage cheese with mustard, honey & spices, 1 C steamed carrots, 2 Cuties
Snack- 1/2 C steamed carrots, 2 egg whites (hard boiled) 2 crackers
Dinner-4 oz carribean chicken left overs on Ezekiel tortilla with 1 ounce lf mozz cheese, 1 slice Ezekiel with peanut butter
snack: 4 cuties
Wednesday:
Breakfast- 2 slice Ezekiel with almond butter, 3 egg whites, 1/2 egg with yolk
Snack- yogurt with 1/2 c geanola 1/2 c frozen fruit truvia
Lunch- Ezekiel tortilla 1/4 c cottage cheese, 3 oz chicken. M
Snack- 3 cuties, almonds, 2 toast with almond butter
Dinner- 2 slices little ceasars pizza and carrots
Thursday
Breakfast 3 egg whirs 1 egg yolk 1 oz cheese 2 slice ezekile with peanut butter
Snack yogurt granola frozen fruit
Lunch tortilla 1 hardboiled egg mustard, 1 c steamed carrots
Snack: 1/4 c sunflower seeds small box raisins
Dinner: 1 c ww pasta, salsa chicken
Friday
Breakfast 1 Toast almond butter, cutie
Snack: cutie, toast peanut butter
Lunch: pecan chicken salad sandwich
Snack: toast with peanut butter
Dinner: veggies, fruit. Ranch dip cheese quesadilla (have family in town- not doing good)
