pm snack: 15 almonds, and one cutie
Dinner:4 oz boneless pork chop, 1 cup green salad, 1/4 cup cactus salad, 1/2 sweet potato
Tuesday:
BF: 1/2 English muffin, 1 TBSP cream cheese, 1 cutie
am snack:1 egg with asparagus and mushroom mix, 1 yellow corn tortilla
Lunch:2 eggs with asparagus and mushroom mix, 1 yellow tortilla
pm snack: 1/2 English muffin, 1TBSP cream cheese, 1 cutie
Dinner:1 whole wheat toast, 1/4 cup of smashed pinto beans, 2 oz cheese, 1/8 avocado
