Monday
BF: 1c. kashi cereal, 1 c milk

am snack:1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup of cubed pineapple

Lunch:2 cups romaine lettuce mixed salad, 2 TBSP unclean dressing, 2 oz chicken, one string cheese

pm snack: 15 almonds, and one cutie

Dinner:4 oz boneless pork chop, 1 cup green salad, 1/4 cup cactus salad, 1/2 sweet potato


Tuesday:
BF: 1/2 English muffin, 1 TBSP cream cheese, 1 cutie

am snack:1 egg with asparagus and mushroom mix, 1 yellow corn tortilla

Lunch:2 eggs with asparagus and mushroom mix, 1 yellow tortilla

pm snack: 1/2 English muffin, 1TBSP cream cheese, 1 cutie

Dinner:1 whole wheat toast, 1/4 cup of smashed pinto beans, 2 oz cheese, 1/8 avocado
