Monday 4/8/13
B: Cliff Oatmeal Raisin Bar & strawberries
S: Blueberry Greek Yogurt
L: turkey white bean soup & an apple
S: chicken breast
D: mixed greens salad with ham & mozz cheese; ranch greek yogurt dressing
Accomplishment: mailed my summer school applications & went to the gym...hallelujah!

Tuesday 4/9/13:
B: Cliff Oatmeal Raisin Bar
S: banana greek yogurt
L: turkey white bean soup & apple
S: natural pb & kashi whole grain crackers
D: whole wheat quesadilla w/ low-fat cheese, black beans & fat free sour cream
Accomplishment: gave a sincere compliment to each of my co-workers today (even though I'm feeling blah inside); put on a smile and looked outward at others instead of inward

Wednesday 4/10/13:
B: Cliff Oatmeal Raisin Bar
S: vanilla greek yogurt
L: veggie burger w/pickle & mustard on whole wheat sandwich thin, apple & hard boiled egg
S: small slice pizza
D: greek salad
Accomplishment: went to bed on-time

Thursday 4/11/13:
B: Cliff Oatmeal Raisin Bar & a banana
S: greek yogurt w/cherries
L: chicken breast w/tomato sauce & mozz cheese over a bed of spinach
S: chicken breast
D: crab & avocado
Accomplishment: didn't eat a chocolate bar at desk even though I was so so craving it and it was staring me in the face "eat me eat me"

Friday 4/12/13:
B: macadamia nut cliff bar & a banana
S: none
L: chicken breast w/ tomato sauce & mozz cheese over spinach
S: p-butter protein bar
D: clean pizza: whole wheat sandwich thins topped with tomato, mushrooms & mozz cheese
Accomplishment: went to the gym even though I was pressed for time instead of bagging it

Saturday 4/13/13:
B: raspberry vanilla protein smoothie
S: quinoa stuffed pepper
L: spinach, strawberries, walnuts & feta w/salmon and a lemon vinaigrette
S: none
D: none...because I slept in my first meal was at 10:30am
Accomplishment: went to the Gym first thing this morning instead if after endless house chores and what not; paid myself first for once
Sunday 4/14/14:
B: coffee
S: 2 egg white omlet with salsa & mozz
L: green salad w/ Italian vinaigrette and pasta fajoli soup
S: chicken breast w/ tomato sauce & mozz
D:
