Monday - None, sick

Tuesday - None, sick

Wednesday - None, sick

Thursday - Walked 45 minutes with the dogs (very slowly, still having breathing issues)

Friday - Walked 2 miles (found an old Leslie Samsone DVD, still not breathing well but trying to keep moving)
