Monday B: 3 egg whites with a pinch of reduced low fat cheddar cheese 2 slices of ezekial cinnamon raison bread S: small apple with natural peanut butter L: turkey burger on whole wheat bun with side salad with homemade balsamic D: grilled chicken & asparagus with 1/2 cup quinoa Drank water though out day & at meals.
Tuesday B: 2 Kashi heart to heart waffles with 6 strawberries S: chobani yogurt with granola L: turkey breast sandwich with lettuce and reduced fat cheese on whole wheat bread D: whole wheat spaghetti with organic sauce sugar free Water throughout day
Wednesday B: 1 egg mixed with egg whites scrambled with green & red pepper S: chobani yogurt, string cheese L: turkey burger on whole wheat pita D: apple with natural peanut butter Only drank water
