L: salad with 3 oz turkey breast, 1 hardboiled egg, 1 oz colby cheese, banana peppers
S: hardboiled egg, blueberries & fruit dip
D: "Twice baked potato" - Potato mixed with lean ground turkey, broccoli, cheddar.

L: leftover twice baked broccoli ground turky potato (half of a potato)

D: mcdonalds grilled chix sandwich, minus the bun, and some fries.
**We were @ a bon jovi concert and walked REALLY far to find a restaurant that never really existed and mcdonalds was there. It was 20 degrees and it was getting dark in pittsburgh. not an excuse, but there was a reason.
