BF: 2 egg whites, 5 asparagus spears, 1/2 turkey sausage
a.m: 3 ak-mak crackers , 2 Tbsp hummus
Lunch: grilled chicken salad,w/ mixed greens and tomato
p.m: 1 hard boiled egg and 2 ak-mak crackers
Dinner: grilled chicken salad, 1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 WW english muffin
After lunch: I ate 5 girl scout cookies
Wednesday:
BF: protein smoothie , w/ 1/2 banana, 1/w cup frozen berries, 1 c milk, 2 scoops whey protein
