S-1 cup of greek yogurt & bare naked granola
L-6 inch turkey sub loaded with veggies ( no cheese)
S-string cheese & banana
D-turkey patty with 1 cup of corn & 1 cup of brown rice
Wednesday
B- 1 cup of oatmeal with wheat germ & blackberries
S- 1 cup of greek yogurt & granola
L- turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with cheese & spinach leaves & tomoate with 9 baby carrots
S-2 boiled eggs & 2 wheat crackers
D-turkey sandwich (same as lunch)
Thursday
B-1 cup of kashi go lean cereal with banana
s-string cheese & orange
L-tuna sandwich (mustard, onion, tomoate, spinach leaves) with mulitgran chips
S-1 cup of greek yogurt & love crunch granola
