| Ok so I'm posting this for the 3rd time. Frustrating! Monday 3/18/13 B none S Greek yogurt & strawberries L salmon & green beans S apple D sushi & a Pinot grigio (out w/ hubby)
Tuesday 3/19/13 B kashi cinnamon cereal with almond milk S Greek yogurt with strawberries L turkey burger on whole wheat w/ mustard & pickle, carrots, water S quinoa w/ mushrooms D salmon & broccoli w/ wild rice
Wednesday 3/20/13 B cinnamon kashi & almond milk, coffee S greek yogurt w/bananas L natural, organic pbj on whole wheat sandwich thin & carrots S cheese stick & an apple D chicken over tri-color peppers & mushrooms
Thursday 3/21/13...need to go to the grocery store; low on everything! So it's a "repeat day for me menu-wise" B cinnamon kashi & almond milk, coffee S string cheese & apple L natural, organic pbj on whole wheat sandwich thin & carrots S string cheese & apple D filet mignon w/mushrooms, roasted sprouts & quinoa
Friday 3/22/13 **Lent Friday: No Meat B cinnamon kashi & almond milk, coffee S mixed fruit protein smoothie L natural, organic pbj on whole wheat sandwich thin & carrots S apple & string cheese D
