Honestly, I forgot to log my food this week. Just a lot going on, so I'm going to start with today.

Wednesday

B. Protein shake
AM. String cheese
L. Chicken Bistro salad (Lean Cuisine salad additions)
PM. 2 boiled eggs; Special K popcorn chips
D. Baked tilapia; sweet potato; side salad
LN. Protein shake after workout


Thursday

B. Protein shake
AM. None
L. Sushi no avacado, made with brown rice; clear soup; salad; yum-yum sauce (small dish...maybe 2-3 Tbsp?)
PM. boiled egg; Special K popcorn chips
D. Baked chicken strip (just one since it was breaded); baked steak fries; ketchup
LN.


Friday

B. Whole wheat bagel with FF strawberry cream cheese
AM. 1 donut hole
L. Boneless grilled chicken strips (3); salad with ranch
PM. 1/2 dove candy bar
D. Pulled bbq pork sandwich with slaw; potato salad; small scoop of cheese ball with 4 crackers; 2 chocolate covered strawberries; small piece of wedding cake (at a wedding tonight)
LN.


Saturday

B. Fiber one chocolate cereal (all I had, went to the store tonight Smile ); unsweetened vanilla almond milk
AM. leftover piece of wedding cake (about 2"x3")
L. Wendy's chicken salad with my own italian vinagrette
PM. None
D. 2 Pieces pizza (small squares, not triangles)
LN.
