Monday 3/11/13- Today's Bombshell Intermediate Workout (weights)
Tuesday 3/12/13 - Today's Bombshell Intermediate Workout
(cardio = 3 mph warm-up; sprints @ 7-8mph for 30 sec. - recover 30 sec. - 10 times + crunches, bicycle crunches and plank) - LOVED this workout!
Wednesday 3/13/13- Today's Bombshell Intermediate Workout (weights) - Loved it!!
Thursday 3/14/13 - Today's Bombshell Intermediate Workout (cadio) - did excellent on jumping jacks for the first time ever!! (maybe with my tummy getting smaller it's less weight on my bladder?). However, I could only do the plank exercises for between 30-45 seconds each by the 2nd and 3rd set.
Friday 3/15/13 - None - was really looking forward to today's workout but registered my kids for school in the morning and then was at a conference the rest of the day
