L: texture soy protein with tomatoe, lemon, carrot,zuchinis 2 tortillas.
S:protein shake with 1 banana

Wednesday March 13
B:coffe, 1 hr later mint tea with lemon and honey ( I felt very sick I didn't wanted to eat anything)

L:brown rice cake, walnuts. ( in this day begin in a cold I try to eat and eat clean food.i didn't have the times for my meals..

B:Heather I skipped my food log on this days because I felt very sick. I try to eat clean but I ate unclean food too.
I know its part of the process but I felt awful.. im starting a fresh week. I feel better. I have something to vent ..
Friday My husband and me went to celebrate our anniversary went to a buffet ate lots of meat.. I know was bad.
since started clean eating I think was the first time I went to a restaurant. hope next time make healthier choices.. I know I can do this..
