Breakfast: 3 Strawberry, blueberry muffins, 1 banana, water
Snack: can't remember
Lunch: can't remember
Snack: can't remember
Dinner: Turkey riccotta meatballs and whole wheat spaghetti with tomatoe sauce, whole wheat bread

Monday, March 11, 2013
Breakfast: pita stuffed with almond butter & sliced apple then baked
Snack: 1 strawberry muffin
Lunch: eggplant mixture on whole wheat french bread
Snack: None
Dinner: Panera: cup cram of tomatoe soup, greek salad

Tuesday, March 12, 2013
Breakfast: Chocolate Banana protien smoothie
Snack: 12 cottege cheese, 1 nectarine
Lunch: 3 turkey meatballs; 1/2 c blueberries
Snack: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 string cheese
Dinner: left over spaghetti 1 turkey meatball
Snack: Irish Dancing Party: cheddar cheese & crackers (whole wheat) strawberries dipped in dark chocolate, egg plant bruscetta

Wednesday, March 13, 2013
Breakfast: Greek yogert, strawberry jam, granola 1 slice Eqikiel raisin bread
Snack: none
Lunch: eggplant, whole wheat french bread, Irish cheddar cheese, crackers
Snack: strawberry muffin, crackers
Dinner: Chicken Souvaki; 4 strawberries & homemade Nutella

Breakfast: 2 slices Ezekiel bread w/ almond butter
Snack: strawberry muffin
Lunch: left over chicen & potatoe & green beans & tomato
Snack: banana
Dinner: scrambled egg with parmesean cheee broccoli, spinach, eggplant from onday w/ crackers

Friday, March 15, 2013
Breakfast: Oatmeal, copped apple, maple syrup, walnuts
Snack: greek yogert, strawberry jam, sunflower seeds, dried plums
Lunch: spinach salad, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, spinach, feta, basalmic vinegar dressing; pita and hummus
Snack: none
Dinner: salmon salad from Mamma Lucia's: grilled salmon, mixed greens, walnuts, cranberries, blue cheese, rasberry dressing. (I was visiting a friend whose son was injured in Afghanastan. I was dying of thirst so I drank a small glass of coke)

Saturday, March 16 2013
Breakfast: 2 slices Ezekiel bread w/ almond butter, strawberris, banana
Snack: none
Lunch: Irish Dancing Party: cheese and crackers, 2 slices Irish soda bread, jam, butter; corned beef & cabbage; cole slaw; bean salad; potatoe; mashed potatoe
Snack: slice of Irish Soda Bread
Dinner: left over corned beef cabbage
Snack: 365 diner w/ friends. bowl of cut up strawberries, mango, orange, apple
