p.m. snack:1/2 c. cottage cheese, 1/2 cup mixed berries
dinner: 4 oz chicken, 1 cup mixed veggies
late night snack: after workout, 1 al mak cracker, 1 tbsp. cream cheese
Tuesday
BF: 1 c. kasha go lean cereal, 1 cup milk
a.m. snack:1/2 whole grain English muffin, 1 tbsp. cream cheese, 2 strawberries
Lunch: 2 cup green salad, 4 oz chicken, 1/2 cup mixed add-ons ( corn, peas, asparagus, green, yellow peppers) 1 tbsp. ranch dressing
p.m. snack:2 ak mak crackers, 1/2 cup clean chicken salad
dinner: 4 oz. beef round , 1 cup of broccoli. 1 whole wheat tortilla
late night snack: 1 cup of milk

Lunch: Ready Make' chicken ceaser salad, ( 1/2 dressing) 1 cutie
p.m. snack: 1 cutie, 1 string cheese
dinner: 1/2 whole wheat English muffin, 4oz talapia, 1/4 c Brussels spouts, 1/4 c zucchini , 1/4 cup sting corrots.
late night snack:
