Monday March 4th

Meal 1 breakfast - tiny bit of protein smoothie & Kashi Go Lean with almond milk

Meal 2 am snack -

Meal 3 lunch - kale, collard greens, celery, cucumber, carrot & apple juiced & turkey rolled up in leaf lettuce

Meal 4 afternoon snack - almonds & raisins

Meal 5 dinner - chicken, roasted squash, whole wheat penne pasta

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed



Tuesday March 5th


Meal 1 breakfast - chocolate protein smoothie & kale, collard greens, celery, cucumber, carrot & apple juiced

Meal 2 am snack -

Meal 3 lunch - chicken & green juice made with kale, collard greens, celery, cucumber, carrot & apple

Meal 4 afternoon snack - almonds & raisins

Meal 5 dinner - chicken soup with chicken, broth & squash

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed




Wed March 6th

Meal 1 breakfast - protein smoothie & kashi go lean

Meal 2 am snack

Meal 3 lunch - chicken, whole wheat penne pasta

Meal 4 afternoon snack - almonds & raisins

Meal 5 dinner - tilapia, green beans, brown rice

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed



Thursday March 7th


Meal 1 breakfast - protein smoothie & kashi go lean

Meal 2 am snack - almonds, raisins & dark chocolate chips

Meal 3 lunch - subway turkey sandwich on wheat with lots of vegetables on it (I only ate 1/2 of the bread)

Meal 4 afternoon snack - greek yogurt with strawberries, pb2 & granola

Meal 5 dinner - grilled chicken, guacamole, brown rice, beans

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed





Friday March 8th


Meal 1 breakfast: eggs & bacon

Meal 2 am snack: none

Meal 3 lunch: greek yogurt & strawberries

Meal 4 afternoon snack: almonds, raisins & chocolate chips

Meal 5 dinner: shared beef nachos with my husband

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed



Saturday March 9th

Meal 1 breakfast: egg whites & 1/2 english muffin

Meal 2 am snack:

Meal 3 lunch: chicken & beef taco with onions and meat only on wheat tortilla

Meal 4 afternoon snack:

Meal 5 dinner: fish, black beans, corn tortillas

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed




Sunday March 10th


Meal 1 breakfast: shakeology protein smoothie

Meal 2 am snack: donut

Meal 3 lunch: turkey on wheat with lots of veggies from subway

Meal 4 afternoon snack: shared ice cream with my son

Meal 5 dinner: beef fajitas & beans

Meal 6 protein 3 hours before bed

Tuesday's combination didn't taste the greatest, but the one I had tonight was worse Smile
