Sunday
B: scrambled eggs, whole wheat toast
S: peanut butter, crackers
L: pineapple, banana, string cheese, crackers
S: almonds/walnuts, carrot sticks
D: Lean Cuisine, whole wheat toast
Workout: 35 minutes uphill walking

Monday
B: ahhh!! I'm sorry I forgot to log monday, and now it's tuesday and I can't remember everything I ate. Nothing horrible (like mcdonalds or anything like that, I ate 90% clean). Sorry! I don't know where my brain has been lately.

Tuesday
B: scrambled eggs (2), whole wheat toast, orange
S: larabar (with almonds mixed in)
L: vegetarian chili, (not sure if it was clean, but it looked clean, and it was from the hospital's food restaurant, and they cook mostly healthy), sm piece of sourdough bread, 1 small cookie
S: banana, string cheese
D: shrimp, roasted carrots in olive oil, whole wheat toast
Workout: 30 min walking, 20 min zumba, 15 min weight lifting

Wednesday
B: natural pb on whole wheat toast
S: pear, string cheese
L: vegetarian chili, 2 unclean crackers, orange
S: celery, pb
D: protein shake
Workout: 15 min light walking, 40 min heavy/intense walking, 15 min weight lifting

Thursday
B: kashi golean, almond milk, orange
S: nothing
L: Apple, cottage cheese, walnuts
S:larabar
D: Lean cuisine, steamed veggies

Friday
B: oatmeal, strawberries
S: string cheese, crackers
L: pb sandwich. banana, grapes
S: larabar
D: pizza (5 slices, not clean)

Saturday
B: oatmeal, strawberries
S: nothing
L: Bibimbap (Korean dish: white rice, ground beef, carrots, bean sprouts, fried egg, cabbage, cucumber)
S: chocolate fro-yo with strawberries
D: pizza

Your log is 90% clean which is awesome!

Try drinking more water to help make you feel full all day. & especially after pizza to flush out the sodium
