Monday, March 4
"Walk Diet One Mile" Leslie Sansone - 17+ minutes & stretch
Today's Bombshell Workout - - The cardio kicked my booty - - AHH
Bulgarian Split Squat - no weights - not sure if I was doing it correctly but my legs are sore!



Tuesday, March 5
Snow storm came in, worked really late & ate too much - - got lazy!!
No exercise


Wednesday, March 6
No School Today - - exercising in the morning and evening
Tuesday's Cardio Workout
Like a Star @ heaven 20 seconds breaks instead of 10
Like a Star @ heaven Sets 4 & 5 modified to low-impact rather than high-impact
Leslie Sansone's DVD - 30 minute walk


Waited 12 hours to do Wednesday's workout
Today's Bombshell workout
Like a Star @ heaven Reverse lunges - set 1 went much smoother than the past
Like a Star @ heaven Reverse lunges - set 2 added light weights to shoulders - made it much more difficult
Like a Star @ heaven Reverse lunges - set 3 - without weights

Leslie Sansone's DVD - 20 minutes - Walk Diet One Mile


Thursday, March 7
Leslie Sansone's 5 mile DVD - Warm-up, Mile 1, Mile 3, Mile 5, Cool-down
Approximately 52 minutes

Today's AB circuit - 3 reps
Reverse crunches (modified) - EEKKKK! Those were rough
Bicycle Crunches (modified)
Mountain Climbers (upright)
