Breakfast - Kashi cereal with skim milk (no fruit, need to go to the grocery store)
AM Snack - 1 slice whole wheat toast with 1tbsp natural peanut butter
Lunch - Clean pizza with mushrooms and spinach
PM Snack - Larabar (forget what flavor but it was gross)
Dinner - Shrimp fajita from Mexican restaurant, 2 flour tortillas, 1 margarita
Late Night Snack -
Wednesday
Breakfast - strawberry banana protein shake
AM Snack - 1 clementine; string cheese
Lunch - Vegetable soup; grilled chicken sandwich on wheat
PM Snack - handful of popcorn (no butter, no salt)
Dinner - Grilled chicken strips, potato wedge
Late Night Snack -
Thursday
Breakfast - Scrambled egg with cheese, orange juice
AM Snack - almonds and raisins
Lunch - turkey sandwich with lettuce and Dijon mustard
PM Snack - 2 Andes candies; 1 thin mint cookie
Dinner - Pancakes (3 small) with butter and sugar-free syrup
Late Night Snack -
Friday
Breakfast - Scrambled egg, orange juice
AM Snack - Larabar I found at the bottom of my duffel bag sized purse
Lunch - Subway turkey sub with turkey, light mayo, mustard, cucumber, spinach (forgot my lunch at home)
PM Snack - None, forgot my lunch box
Dinner - Wendy's fish sandwich, plain; baked potato (I know, no fast food!)
Late Night Snack -

Breakfast - Kashi cereal; skim milk
AM Snack - string cheese
Lunch - 1 piece BLT pizza at a birthday party
PM Snack - didn't eat, feeling sick
Dinner - didn't eat, feeling sick
