Sunday 2/24/13
B: Breakfast Burrito - Eggs, sausage and salsa in a tortilla
S: Water - no snack I was on worship all weekend
L: Peanut Butter Sandwich - whole wheat bread, natural peanut butter, and sugar free strawberry preserves
S: Apples and cheese
D: Green Beans, rice with peppers, salad and pork sausage

Monday 2/25/13
B: Quaker Oat Squares with skim milk (late breakfast)
S: Water
L: Salad, whole wheat bread bacon, lettuce and tomato, and a few french fries off my daughters plate
S: Water and protein shake
D: Chicken Sandwich

Tuesday 2/26/13
B: Eggs and toast
S: Protein bar
L: Steak fries with homemade guacomale
S: Apples and cheese
D: Grilled pork chops, salad and veggies.

Wednesday 2/27/13
B: Bowl of Cereal with skim milk
S: apple slices
L: Grilled Cheese sandwich and salad
S: a few almonds
D: Tostadas (whole wheat tortilla, ground turkey, lettuce, tomatos, a few slices of avocado and salsa)

Thursday 2/28/13
B: Cereal with skim milk
S: Apple Slices
L: Protein Shake
S: Peppers
D: Pizza with sausage and tomato and salad

Friday 3/1/13
B: Breakfast smoothie - protein powder, cocoa,banana
S: Peanut Butter and half an orange (they were big)
L: Peanut Butter and sugar free jam sandwich
S: Trail Mix (raisins, and nuts)
D: Spaghetti (made with seasoned turkey meat and whole wheat pasta

Saturday 3/2/13
B: Scrambled Eggs, Turkey sausage and cheese in a whole wheat tortilla
S: Banana
L: Cottage Cheese and tomatos
S: Peppers
D: Pizza with sausage
