Monday, February 25
B: 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, chopped green pepper, chopped spinach, topped with 1/4 c. homemade salsa
S: none - testing
L: Salad in a Jar: Spinach, 2.5 oz. shredded turkey, carrots, celery, cauliflower, green pepper; Clean Honey Mustard (yummy!)
S: Apple & sunflower sees
S: Raisins (probably 4 T. - overate on those) & string cheese
D: 4.5 oz salmon, small red potato, 1/4 c. Cottage cheese, 1 c. Green beans

Tuesday, February 26
B: 1/2 c. GF oatmeal, 2 T. raisins made with 1/2 c. 1% milk & 1/2 c. water
S: 10 baby carrots & 15 almonds
L: 2 c. baby spinach, thin slice red onion, topped with 3 oz. flaked salmon, 2 T. clean honey mustard dressing & 2 clementines
S: 3 stalks celery and 1 T. Natural PB
D: 4 oz. crockpot chicken, carrots and onions from crockpot, steamed broccoli, cauliflower sprinkled with cheese

Wednesday, February 27
B: 1egg, 2 egg whites, chopped green pepper, spinach topped with 1/3 c. salsa
S: small apple & 1 T. Natural PB
L: Salad: carrots, broccoli, 3 oz. roasted chicken, spinach, Honey mustard dressing
S: 1/2 c. cottage cheese and 2 clementines
D: Waited too long to eat...ahh. Red potato, 1/2 c. Taco meat, 2 oz sharp cheddar cheese, lettuce,salsa Trying to get exercise in and then got a long phone call.
LS: Still hungry...salsa and organic blue corn chips...not the best choice

Thursday, February 28
B: 1/2 c. GF Oatmeal, 2 T. raisins, 1/2 c. 1% organic milk 1/2 c. water
S: none - still full
L: 1 to 1.5 c. Homemade beef vegetable soup
S: apple & 1 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
S: 15 almonds & clementine
After 7PM Dinner: Mediterranian Chicken (Crockpot) & 1/2 c. brown rice

Here's where things went sour. . .high anxiety and stress right now. Work stress, cake due this weekend and little time, daughter's surprise birthday party is in a week (moved up a week), plus other normal stressers and I broke.
Thursday evening: Baking a cake-first time using a recipe - tasted just a small amount which led to more. Of course it contained gluten, sugar and unclean things (cake mix)

Friday, March 1 (Woke up with pain due to kidney stone)
B: 1 egg + 2 egg whites topped with salsa
S: None-nauseas from pain
L: Still nauseas-1/2 c. cottage cheese, 1/2 c. pineapple, 1 T. sunflower seeds
S: carrots &1 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
D: Ate out: Blackened salmon, rice & double order steamed broccoli
Anxiety high! Got home after 9 PM and still had to assemble and decorate baby shower cake plus still in pain. Came home and ate same raisins, slice cheese, leftover fries and some cake trimmed off the top.
AHHHHHH! I don't remember the last time I have binged like this!

Saturday, March 2 (Cake Delivery and All day wrestling tournament)
B: 1/2 c. GF Oatmeal, 2 T. raisins, 1 c. 1% organic milk
S: (ate slightly larger snack due to leaving for wrestling tournament) 1/2 c. tuna w/ 1 t. mustard, 1/2 c. cottage cheese, 1/2 c. pineapple
S: String Cheese & carrots
S: 1/2 c. tuna w/ 1 t. mustard & carrots
D: Homemade Beef Vegetable Soup & 1/2 c. natural applesauce

WEd- good.

Thursday- what kind of homemade soup do you make?

It is a vegetable soup made with peas, corn, carrots, celery, potatoes, tomatoe juice, green beans, onions, beef broth, beef (fat trimmed).

My husband actually makes this and then cans them in jars for me. It is a convenience food but still healthy.
