Monday 25
B- strawberry protein shake
S- none- I was working in a long surgery. I can't snack in there and can't leave unless someone relieves me out.
L- turkey meatball muffins- 2. Grilled asparagus and onions. 4 strawberries
S - half cup cottage cheese
D- lean roast beef with slice of light Swiss cheese on two slices Ezekiel bread with beef broth for dipping, sliced tomato and a few carrots

Tuesday 26
B- mixed berry protein smoothie with flax seeds
S- cottage cheese strawberries
L- turkey meatball muffins sliced tomatoes
S string cheese
D- mixed greens salad, with roasted veggies, clean bacon crumbled

Wednesday 27
B- mixed berry protein smoothie
S- cottage cheese with blueberries
L- sliced hard boiled eggs, Ezekiel bread spread with hummus, mixed greens, sliced cucumbers
S- string cheese, clementine orange
D- clean taco salad- lean ground beef,lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, salsa, small amount of grated cheese, side of black beans
S- handful of cashews

Thursday 28
B- mixed berry protein smoothie
S- cinnamon protein bar, water
L- clean taco salad, side of black beans
S-

Sunday
Blueberry protein smoothie with flaxseeds
S- apple, string cheese
L quesadilla on small Ezekiel tortilla with roasted red peppers, lowfat mozzarella cheese, chicken
S- leftover protein smoothie
D- stuffed red peppers with ground turkey and spinach, brown rice

Monday- afternoon snack, make sure you add a complex carb


Tuesday- for your afternoon snack add a complex carb to the string cheese


WEd- good
