Meal 1 breakfast Cascadian Farms Banana cereal, almond milk, banana, hot tea
Meal 2 am snack greek yogurt w/bananas
Meal 3 lunch almond butter chicken salad & cascadia farms bar
Meal 4 afternoon snack Swiss cheese/carrot sticks/celery
Meal 5 dinner clean creamy asparagus soup w/crab & a sweet potato
Tuesday- Feb 26
Meal 1 breakfast 1 c. cooked steel cut oats w/splash of almond milk, banana, hot tea
Meal 2 am snack 1oz pistachios
Meal 3 lunch turkey-Swiss-asparagus roll ups (4), 2 brown rice cakes
Meal 4 afternoon snack small apple with almond butter
Meal 5 dinner tomato/mozzerella/shrimp w/balsamic
Wed- Feb 27
Meal 1 breakfast choco-raspberry protein shake
Meal 2 am snack 1/2 c. Cottage cheese, 1/2 c. Frozen mix fruit, 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
Meal 3 lunch crab Waldorf salad, 2 brown rice cakes
Meal 4 afternoon snack 2 laughing cow lt blue cheese wedges & carrots
Meal 5 dinner chicken breast topped with arugula pesto & avocado, sweet potato & broccoli
Thursday- Feb 28
Meal 1 breakfast poached egg with spinach & crab on 1/2 whole wheat sandwich thin, hot tea
Meal 2 am snack cascadian farms bar & carrots
Meal 3 lunch 2 c. clean asparagus soup w/parm cheese & 1 c. white beans
Meal 4 afternoon snack 2 c romaine, 5 halved grape tomatoes, sprinkle walnuts w/ 2 tbsp bolthouse farms ranch yogurt dressing
Meal 5 dinner 4oz tenderloin, 1 c. Peppers, onions & mushrooms
Fri- March 1 (**Lent Friday...no meat so I had to slightly veer off the weekly meal plan as written)
Meal 1 breakfast 2 egg whites scrambled with mushrooms & tomato, 1 whole wheat sandwich thin toasted, hot tea
Meal 2 am snack 1 oz pistachios & small apple
Meal 3 lunch black bean burger over romaine w/ ranch yogurt dressing
Meal 4 afternoon snack carrots & string cheese
Meal 5 dinner tilapia w/lemon, 1 small baked potato with arugula pesto, broccoli
Sat- March 2
Meal 1 breakfast chocolate raspberry protein shake
Meal 2 am snack 2 hard boiled eggs
Meal 3 lunch French onion soup
Meal 4 afternoon snack none
Meal 5 dinner none (sick in bed with a fever)
Sun March 3: at an all day/night cheer competition @ Disney...will do my best
Meal 1 breakfast 2 egg white omelet with tomatoes, mushrooms & sprinkle of mozz cheese, hot tea
Meal 2 am snack banana
Meal 3 lunch
Meal 4 afternoon snack
Meal 5 dinner

| Monday- GREAT! What is almond butter chicken?
Tuesday- Am snack- add a complex carb to those pistachios

| It's 4 oz chick breast with chopped apple, celery & walnuts mixed with almond butter, apple cider vinegar & a bit of water. It's in the week 5 menu plan in that book. It's really good. | |
