I am proud of you for losing 0.5 this week and not gaining! I have several recommendations for you. I know that if you follow my guidelines to a T you will get this weight off! You can do this brooke!
Monday- You skipped your snack. Brooke STOP SKIPPING YOUR SNACKS!!! Do whatever you have to do to make sure you eat your snacks. Prepare them the night before!
Your after noon snack- Add a lean protein to your snack. Eating just a banana is not enough.
Late night snack- I understand you were eating out of emotions... But just for future reference try your absolute best not to eat Carbs so close to bed. Protein & veggies only.
Tuesday- Am snack- Add a fresh fruit or veggie to your string cheese
Afternoon snack - Don't skip your snack!
Were these clean rolls? 2 rolls is more then 1 serving
Wed- Do not skip breakfast! Prepare something the night before if you need to. Even a piece of toast with pnb is better then nothing at all.

You only need to eat 1 tortilla. Don't add granola. That is tripling your starchy carbs

Friday- Chex cereal is not clean. If you want to eat cereal kasha brand or ezekiel brand
Am snack- STOP SKIPPING SNACKS!
