Breakfast-Ezekiel Toast & Coffee

Snack-

Lunch- Salad with sliced steak on top one piece ww baguette

Snack- two cookies

Dinner- Baked chicken w/panko and sautéed potatoes



Tuesday

Breakfast-coffee, leftovers from dinner last night

Snack-fit chews and protein shake

Lunch-clean pizza

Thursday

Breakfast- fruit & Ezekiel toast

Snack-clementines

Lunch- salad with shrimp


Friday

Breakfast-Ezekiel toast and fruit

Snack-Clementines/protein shake

Lunch-salad with shrimp

Snack- fruit salad

Dinner-clean spagetti

I need your weight for Sunday Feb 24th

Monday- DON"T SKIP SNACKS! Smile
Am Snack- Eating 2 cookies is not going to help you reach your weight loss goals. You need a lean protein+ fresh fruit or veggie for your snack

Tuesday- Fit Chews are not clean and will hinder your weight loss! You have to EAT CLEAN
You did not log your afternoon snack or your dinner

WED- You skipped this log.

Thursday- You skipped this log

Friday- Breakfast, add a protein to your breakfast.
Am snack- You did not log
Afternoon snack- You need to add a lean protein.

Saturday- You did not log
Sunday- You did not log

Thanks for the feedback Heather. Smile I am not going to go into excuse mode. I am really focusing on doing better in the areas where I'm struggling...logs, prepping and motivation. Because I have already lost a lot of weight I really struggle with motivation. Yes, I do want to continue and loose more weight but I sometimes struggle with wanting it "bad enough". I am trying. I'm glad to be starting a new week.
