Monday 2/18/13
B: 1 slice WW toast with natural PB
S: None
L: WW tortilla with PB and sugar free jelly {not clean}
S: Banana
D: Clean turkey meatballs with brown rice and peas
S: Greek yogurt with honey and granola... emotional eating, I wasn't hungry

Tuesday 2/19/13
B: Greek yogurt with honey and granola
S: String Cheese
L: WW tortilla with PB and a few clean chips
S: None
D: Grilled Chicken Tenderloin with green beans, mashed potatoes and applesauce... and then 2 rolls

Wednesday 2/20/13
B: None - Always really hard for me to get breakfast in on Wednesdays!
S: None
L: WW tortilla {2} with PB and sugar free jelly and a few clean chips
S: None
D: Roasted chicken, plain sweet potato, green beans
S: NF Greek yogurt, honey, granola

Thursday 2/21/13
B: NF Greek yogurt with 1 scoop PB
S: None
L: WW tortilla {2} with PB and a small scoop of granola
S: None
D: Clean chicken florentine with WW pasta

Friday 2/22/13
B: 1/2 cup Chex cereal
S: None
L: WW tortilla (1) with PB and a banana
S: String cheese

I am proud of you for losing 0.5 this week and not gaining! I have several recommendations for you. I know that if you follow my guidelines to a T you will get this weight off! You can do this brooke!

Monday- You skipped your snack. Brooke STOP SKIPPING YOUR SNACKS!!! Do whatever you have to do to make sure you eat your snacks. Prepare them the night before! Smile
Your after noon snack- Add a lean protein to your snack. Eating just a banana is not enough.
Late night snack- I understand you were eating out of emotions... But just for future reference try your absolute best not to eat Carbs so close to bed. Protein & veggies only.

Tuesday- Am snack- Add a fresh fruit or veggie to your string cheese
Afternoon snack - Don't skip your snack!
Were these clean rolls? 2 rolls is more then 1 serving

Wed- Do not skip breakfast! Prepare something the night before if you need to. Even a piece of toast with pnb is better then nothing at all.
am snack- STOP SKIPPING SNACKS
Late night snack- Protein & lean veggies only

Thursday- Am snack- STOP SKIPPING SNACKS
You only need to eat 1 tortilla. Don't add granola. That is tripling your starchy carbs
Afternoon snack- STOP SKIPPING SNACKS!

Friday- Chex cereal is not clean. If you want to eat cereal kasha brand or ezekiel brand
Am snack- STOP SKIPPING SNACKS!
afternoon snack- Add a fruit or veggie to your string cheese

Saturday- You did not log

Sunday- You did not log
