Monday - Feb 18th 2013

Breakfast Meal 1 - protein shake (almond milk, almond butter, vanilla whey powder, blueberries)
AM Snack Meal 2 - Missed this meal because I was at a funeral
Lunch - Turkey sandwich, pasta salad, peas, carrot cake
Afternoon Snack - Missed (still full from lunch)
Dinner - protein shake (same as breakfast)
Optional Late Night Snack

Tuesday - Feb 19th 2013

Breakfast Meal 1 - Protein shake - Almond milk, peanut butter, blueberries, vanilla whey powder
AM Snack Meal 2 - wheat crackers, string cheese
Lunch - Shrimp pasta (left overs from Applebees :-/ )
Afternoon Snack - Banana, 1 TBLS natural peanut butter
Dinner - Roasted chicken, broccoli, orange
Optional Late Night Snack

Wednesday - Feb 20th 2013

AM Snack Meal 2
Afternoon Snack
Optional Late Night Snack

Thursday - Feb 21st 2013

Breakfast Meal 1 - banana
AM Snack Meal 2
Lunch - 1/2 of a grilled cheese, 1/2 cup tomato soup
Afternoon Snack
Dinner - mashed potatoes, banana
Optional Late Night Snack - tuna w/ mayo

Friday - Feb 22nd 2013

Breakfast Meal 1 - 1 large iced coffee
AM Snack Meal 2 - Protein shake: 8 oz almond milk, 1 scoop vanilla whey powder, 1 banana, 1 Tbls peanut butter
Lunch - Oatmeal with apples
Afternoon Snack - cheese & caramel popcorn ( about 1 cup)
Dinner - BLT on whole grain bread
Optional Late Night Snack

Saturday - Feb 23rd 2013

Breakfast Meal 1 - special k w/ almondmilk
AM Snack Meal 2 - blueberries & string cheese
Lunch - pancakes & orange juice
Afternoon Snack
Dinner - 1 slice supreme pizza, 3 cheese bread sticks
Optional Late Night Snack

Sunday - Feb 24th 2013

Breakfast Meal 1 - special k w/ almond milk
AM Snack Meal 2
Lunch- grilled chicken sandwich w/ tomatoes & cheese, fries
Afternoon Snack - 1 Nutrigrain bar
Dinner- grilled chicken sandwich w/ tomatoes and cheese (leftovers from lunch)
Optional Late Night Snack

Im actually VERY surprised that you lost weight this week. Your food logs are all over the mess lol

Alright girl I have a lot of suggestions for you.

Monday- You cannot skip meals. I know you said you were at the funeral. Always leave the house with a snack. Very important! When you skip meals you are going to over eat later in the day because your body is starving.

Friday- Iced coffee is not breakfast. You HAVE TO EAT! And breakfast is the most important meal. It sets you on the right path for the day.
Carmel popcorn? Is that clean?

Saturday- Special k is not clean. If you want to eat cereal its best you eat Kashi or Ezekiel brand
Dinner, Supreme pizza & bread sticks is not going to help you reach your weight loss goals.

Sunday- Special K is not clean.
Nutrigrain bars are not clean.
