Linda Haedge Week 5 Food Log

Sunday, Feb. 17th
breakfast - eggs, whole wheat biscuit, chocolate shakeology protein smoothie
am snack -
lunch - 1 chicken enchilada, rice, beans
pm snack - almonds & raisins
dinner - chicken, beans, ice cream (had a sitter & dh wanted to go for ice cream)

Monday, Feb. 18th
breakfast - chocolate shakeology protein smoothie
am snack - jelly beans (oops, kids left them sitting on my desk)
lunch - leftover chicken enchilada & baracho beans
pm snack - almonds & raisins
dinner - chicken soup with tomatoes, kidney beans, pinto beans & corn

Tuesday, Feb. 19th
breakfast - protein smoothie with strawberries
am snack - had an early lunch
lunch - chicken, lettuce, green pepper, onion, tomatoes, rice
pm snack - greek yogurt, apple, almond butter
dinner - chicken, brown rice, peas, ump protein smoothie with water & almond milk
after dinner snack, 1/2 fried egg & coconut paleo bread

Wednesday, Feb. 20th
breakfast - chocolate shakeology & cinnamon, raisin ezekial toast
am snack - protein smoothie
lunch - taco soup with ground turkey, pinto beans, kidney beans, corn, tomatoes, seasonings & broth, tiny bit of greek yogurt
pm snack - almonds & raisins
dinner - grilled chicken with green peppers & onions & protein smoothie

Thursday, Feb. 21st
breakfast - protein smoothie
am snack - none
lunch - chicken bowl from Chipotle with chicken, lettuce, pico, green peppers, onion, rice & black beans
pm snack - almonds & raisins
dinner - salad & 1 slice of cheese pizza & greek yogurt with strawberries

Friday, Feb. 22nd
breakfast - protein smoothie
am snack - greek yogurt & strawberries
lunch - tuna on coconut paleo bread & greek yogurt & strawberries
pm snack - protein smoothie
dinner - pork chop & green beans

Saturday, Feb.23rd
breakfast - protein smoothie
am snack - strawberries, blueberries, almonds, kashi go lean
lunch - tilapia, green beans, juiced apple, orange, salad leaf mix, zucchini
pm snack - almonds & raisins
dinner - spinach & mushroom quesadilla

Sunday, Feb. 24th
breakfast - protein smoothie with some fruit
am snack - almonds & raisins
lunch - clean waffle & 1 & 1/2 leftover nachos
pm snack - cheese bread
dinner - little bit of protein smoothie & juiced vegetables

Ice Cream and jelly beans is not going to help you reach your goal.

No excuses! You have the willpower to say no. If you want that scale to go down.... Then I need you to dig deep and say NO!
