Sunday Feb 17

B: 1 egg + 2 egg whites, scrambled with spinach and green onion sauted in drizzle olive oil; Water
L: BENEFIT for a FRIEND: Shredded pork, mashed potatoes and green beans; Water
S: Homemade salsa with less than a serving Natural/Organic Blue Corn Chips; Water
D: Romaine & Iceberg Lettuce topped with 1/4 c. lean taco meat & salsa & sprinkled with sharp cheddar cheese; 1/2 cup brown rice mixed with salsa

Monday Feb 18

B: 1/2 c. G/F Oatmeal, 2 T. raisins, 1 c. 1% organic milk, water
S: (Took my kids out to eat) 1 overhard egg
L: (At the mall - - no mall food for me) Carrots & string cheese
S: Tuna w/ mustard, 1/2 c. cottage cheese
S: 1/3 c. homemade salsa & 6 Natural Blue Corn Tortilla chips
D: 1 cup G/F Brown Rice Spaghetti noodles with homemade spaghetti sauce, 1/2 c. pork sausage (homegrown) and home canned green beans

Tuesday Feb 19

B: 1/2 c. G/F oatmeal, 1 c. 1% organic milk and 1 orange
S: small apple & string cheese
L: 3/4 c. brown rice spaghetti noodles, spaghetti sauce & 1/4 c. pork sausage + 10 carrots
S: 3/4 c. brown rice mixed with homemade salsa + 2 bites cottage cheese
D: 4 oz. baked chicken breast, 1/2 c. cottage cheese + 1/2 c. natural applesauce

Wednesday Feb 20

B: 2 eggs + 2 egg whites topped with 1/4 c. homemade salsa; 1 c. 1% organic milk; 8 oz. water
S: 15 oz. water
L: 1 c. brown rice spaghetti mixed with homemade spaghetti sauce with 1/8 c. pork sausage; 10 carrots
S: Celery & 1 T. natural PB
D: Dover Sole with olive oil & various seasonings, small baked gold potato topped with 1/2 c. cottage cheese, broccoli & 1 oz. sharp cheddar cheese

Thursday Feb 21

B: 1/2 c. GF oatmeal made with water, 1 tangelo, 8 oz. 1% organic milk, 8 oz. water
S: none - will probably need it for early evening as it is a late night
L: 3 oz. baked chicken breast, 1/2 c. brown rice/salsa, 1/2 c. natural applesauce
S: 1/2 c. 1% cottage cheese & 1 c. strawberries
S: 10 carrots & 1 string cheese
D: 5 oz. beef roast, cooked carrots, green beans & 1/3 c. natural applesauce

Friday Feb 22

B: 1 egg, 2 whites, 1/8 c. pork sausage topped with 1/8 c. homemade salsa; 1 c. 1% organic milk
S: no snack due to late breakfast
L: 3/4 c. Spicy chicken soup, 10 carrots, 1/2 c. Cottage cheese
S: I forgot my snack and then we went to the movies and of course, forgot to take food. AHH
D: 1 pork braut, 1 string cheese, 3/4 c. natural applesauce
LS: Can tell I didn't eat correctly through the day- HUNGRY - 1 pork braut & 1 hard-boiled egg


B: 1/2 c. GF Oats, 1 c. 1% organic milk, 1 banana
S: celery & 1 T. Natural PB
L: 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 c. Raw Cauliflower
S: 1/2 c. Homemade salsa, blue organic corn chips, string cheese
D: 5 oz. grilled chicken breast, small red potato, 1/4 c. cottage cheese, 1/2 c. natural applesauce

Sunday, February 24 - WRESTLING TOURNAMENT
B: 1/2 c. GF Oats, 1 c. 1% organic milk, 1 clementine
S: celery sticks, 1 T. natural PB, 1 clementine
L: Late lunch: 6 oz. chicken breast, 2 bites cottage cheese, 2 oz. cheese

I am so proud of you! You lost 3 lbs this week!!!!

Your food log for the week looks great! I don't need to make any changes. You are really getting the hang of eating clean and the proper meal combinations. Keep up the great work!
