L:4oz Tilapia, 1/4c white rice Rolling Eyes , steamed veggies, 16oz water with crystal light
S: almonds, 1apple
D: clean turkey burger, 16oz water, 1/2 kiwi
LS: none

Monday Feb 18

B: ww pancakes, 1/2c 1%milk, 10 blueberriblueberries
S: 1apple I
L: 2oz turkey breast on multigrain bread, 16oz water, 1 apple
S: 1/4c sunflower seeds, 1 bananabanana
D: clean pizza...yum!, 16oz water w/crystal light,
LS: none

Tuesday Feb 19

B: pancakes, 1banana, 1c 1%milk
S: 1apple, 1/4c sunflower seeds
L: 2oz turkey breast on multigrain bread, 16oz water, 1apple
S: 1/2 kiwi, 10 almonds
D: 4oz tilapia fish, 1/4c brown rice, 16oz water,
LS:none

Wednesday Feb 20

B: ww cereal, 1% milk, 1 banana
S: 1 apple, 10 almonds
L: ww noddles with turkey, 16oz water, 1/4 c sunflower seeds
S: 1 special k bar, 10almondsalmonds
D: 4oz tilapia (yum!!) , steamed veggies, 16oz water, 15 blueberries
LS: none

Thursday Feb 21

B: 2egg white, 1 egg, low fat cheese, 8oz water
S: ww muffin, 1 banana
L: 2oz turkey breast on ww bread, 16oz water, 10 almonds
S: 1/4c sunflower seeds, 1/2 kiwi
D: clean turkey burger, apple, 16oz water,

Friday Feb 22

B: ww cereal, 10blueberries, 1%milk
S: 10almonds, string cheese
L: Chicken soup, w veggies, squeeze limon, 16oz water w crystal light
S: 1larabar, 10almonds, 8oz water
D: chicken quesadillas, 16oz water, banana
LS: none

Saturday Feb 23

(I did myson bday party...so I really messed it up today!)
B: none
S: none
L: ww rice, 1apple, 16oz water
S: nachos, cheese, 16oz water
D: 2oz turkey breast on ww bread, 10almonds, 1 cup orange pop,
LS: thin slice of cake

Try not to skip any meals. And remember every meal you need to pair a protein with a complex carb. So you need to add a protein to that apple for your snack

Your clean combinations look great!

Try not to skip so many snacks or meals. Your body is going to go into starvation mode and hold onto the weight
